Gratings and Platforms

GRP gratings and platforms are lightweight, anti-corrosive, and highly resistant to chemical and mechanical stress, as well as being dielectric materials. They can be manufactured in various resin systems, colors, and surface types to meet specific project requirements.

STANDARD MESH GRP GRATINGS

Our molded GRP standard mesh gratings are available in thicknesses of 38 mm and 50 mm, and can be produced with either sanded or smooth surfaces according to customer requests. Molded GRP gratings are lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant. They can be supplied with a wide range of stainless steel clips, clamps, and fastening accessories to suit any installation.

CLOSED-TYPE GRP GRATINGS

Closed-type GRP gratings are manufactured by combining smooth composite panels—either one or both sides—with sanded or patterned surfaces. The thickness of the standard composite plate used for assembly is at least 3 mm.

Closed gratings are preferred in environments where open-cell gratings are not suitable. For example, their fully closed design makes them ideal for cable channel covers and walkways. They can also be used on construction sites, lakefronts, factory areas, and sandy, muddy, or slippery surfaces to create a safe working platform. Their closed top surface also provides higher structural strength compared to open gratings.
